Project Information
Hennigan Building & Civil Engineering Ltd were awarded the majority of the groundworks package for the new B/S/H home appliances Distribution Facility as part of the Midlands Logistic Park Development for Volker Fitzpatrick. Our works included, foundations, dock leveller slabs, retaining walls, Q-max linear drainage & external works which also included a 14,000m2 car park & 9,000m2 of car park and pedestrian paving. The groundworks for 945,000 square foot facility & external works were let on one continuous visit which we completed within our client’s programme requirements.
