The largest project Clegg Food Projects secured in 2019 was the GR Wright Flour Mill in Harlow. The new flour mill and warehouse will house a range of milling and packaging equipment which will create new capacity within the flour industry following completion of the facility.

The main groundwork elements on this commercial project consisted of pile Caps, ground beams, ground floor slabs, reinforced concrete structures, retaining walls, 5 storey concrete upper floors to SR2 finish, warehouse slab to FM2 finish, above and below ground drainage, connection of drainage to existing network, attenuation, separators / interceptors, kerbs, edgings and high containment kerbs, external service yards, S278 entrance works and hard & soft landscaping. The warehouse and milling facilities are due to be completed in the summer of 2020 which we are on target to achieve.
